Roasted acorn squash-mashed
Carmelized red onion slices
Minced fresh sage leaves
Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil. Spread a very thin layer of roasted, mashed acorn squash. Top with slices of fresh mushrooms and kalamata olives, and carmelized red onion. Sprinkle with pine nuts, pistachio nuts, and minced fresh sage leaves.
